Payment must be completed in full at checkout before your order is processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier services.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because this is a printed product:

All sales are final once the order is placed.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days with photos, and we will organise a replacement or refund

No refunds on digital products connected to the card deck (if any).

You may use the cards for personal or one-on-one client sessions, but you may not copy, resell, reproduce, or distribute the cards or messaging in any form without written permission.
